Identifying Small Businesses Affected by UFLPA

Thanks to input provided by some of SBA’s Regulatory Fairness Board Members, The Office of the National Ombudsman (ONO) is aware of and interested in better understanding if/how small businesses are affected by enforcement of the Ughur Forced Labor Protection Act (UFLPA). The intention is to hear from small businesses that are affected to identify questions and recommendations that might improve compliance, enforcement, and/or implementation of the law, joined by counterparts at Customs and Border Protection.

If you are aware of small businesses affected by UFLPA, please email Michele Schimpp at michele.schimpp@sba.gov.
