Congratulations... A Farewell But Definitely Not Goodbye!

After an incredible 37 years with First American, and 40 altogether in the homebuilding industry, Lori Carpenter has announced her well-deserved retirement as of February 23rd, 2024. We wish her the very best!!

Lori plans to devote more time to charitable works with Friends of Downtown, the Challenged Athletes Foundation as well as helping those in need envision a brighter future. Whether she is volunteering, steering a ZLAC Rowing Club boat across Mission Bay as coxswain, or perfecting her golf swing, we have no doubt we will continue to see Lori at BIA events and Planning Meetings to encourage smart housing and growth in her native hometown of San Diego. Sudberry Properties Completes The Hub at Scripps Ranch

Sudberry Properties announces the completion of The Hub at Scripps Ranch, a mixed-use redevelopment project featuring 260 luxury apartments and 10,700 square feet of retail, including Junction Bar & Grill, which opened in January. The 9.52-acre property is located at the gateway to Scripps Ranch on Carroll Canyon Road, just east of Interstate 15.
