Annual DWD Team Retreat

We’re so grateful we had the opportunity to unite all of our DWD employees under one roof last week at our two-day retreat on the Eastern Shore! Our Maryland, Texas, and Florida team members came together for an incredible team-building experience led by the Executive Director of the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute, Erin Moran! It was a great chance to unwind, connect with our entire team, and spark some awesome ideas for the future!

With over 1,000 attendees, we had an incredible opportunity to share the Dwyer story—all while serving up popcorn and personalized caricatures! A special shoutout to our incredible Texas-based partners and Scholars who swung by our booth to say hello!

The event was also highlighted in CBS Austin, Texas Lifestyle Magazine, and on ACL’s website.
