CancerCare's Stories of Help and Hope

Throughout the year, CancerCare presents the stories of people who have cancer, their caregivers and more.

In our latest, Valarie T. recounts how a doctor's check-up led to a multiple myeloma diagnosis and treatment followed by a later diagnosis of breast cancer. A support system filled with people of various strengths and abilities has helped her get by.

She now shares her story with many others in our Stories of Help and Hope.
