Dear Prismo Metals community,

As February 2025 comes to a close, I'm pleased to provide a comprehensive update on our recent activities and developments, and I'm excited to share these details with you.

At our Hot Breccia copper project in Arizona, we're thrilled to announce a significantly enhanced exploration model. Recent analysis of geophysical data, combined with historical exploration results and AI studies, has revealed compelling evidence supporting the potential for a major porphyry copper deposit at Hot Breccia. This updated model highlights a large conductive body and coincident magnetic low, surrounded by several magnetic highs, all aligned in a geometry typical of porphyry copper deposits in the region. To fund the 5,000-meter drilling program needed to test this exciting target, we're actively engaged in discussions with potential investors and strategic partners.

At Palos Verdes, our drilling program from late 2024 was curtailed due to slow advances and budgetary considerations. However, we successfully completed two drill holes, and we are eagerly awaiting assay results. We remain optimistic that these results will provide valuable insights into the Palos Verdes vein system and guide our future exploration efforts in this highly prospective region.

On the corporate side, we've been actively managing our finances and capital structure to ensure we're well-positioned to advance our exploration projects. As part of this strategy, we recently made the decision to terminate the option agreement for the Los Pavitos project. This was driven by current market conditions and the ongoing funding requirements associated with maintaining the project.

We remain committed to transparent communication and keeping our stakeholders informed of our progress. We look forward to sharing further updates with you as we advance our exploration programs and unlock the potential of our projects.

Before I close, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to all our supporters, friends, and shareholders for your continued support of Prismo Metals. To learn more about our projects and stay up-to-date on our progress, visit our website: www.prismometals.com, and subscribe to our newsletter.

Warm regards,

2024 was a year of significant progress, here's a look at our key achievements.

Hot Breccia (Copper Project, Arizona, USA)

  • Permit Secured: We obtained the crucial drilling permit required to advance exploration at Hot Breccia, paving the way for our planned 5,000-meter deep drilling campaign. This will allows us to test the highly prospective targets identified through our ongoing exploration efforts. (See our July 12, 2024 news release)

  • Historical Data Acquisition and Integration: We acquired valuable historical data from Bear Creek Mining Company (subsidiary of Kennecott Copper), including drill logs, assays, and geological interpretations. This data allowed us to refine our exploration model and gain a deeper understanding of the project's potential, particularly highlighting the presence of a large, deep-seated conductive anomaly that may indicate a significant mineralized system. (See our Sept 2, 2024 news release)

  • AI-Driven Drill Targeting: We partnered with ExploreTech to leverage their xFlare AI technology, integrating historical and new data to optimize our drill targeting and maximize our chances of discovery. The AI study confirmed the presence of a large body of sulfide mineralization at depth and supported our exploration plan, guiding us towards the most promising areas for drilling. (See our Oct 15, 2024 news release)

  • Generated Significant Industry Interest: Hot Breccia garnered considerable attention from the investment community and industry leaders. Dr. Craig Gibson, our Chief Exploration Officer, recently presented the project at the American Exploration and Mining Association (AMEA) annual meeting in Reno, Nevada, generating significant interest.

Palos Verdes (silver, Sinaloa, Mexico)

  • Drilling Commenced: We commenced our drilling program at Palos Verdes, designed to expand on the high-grade mineralization encountered in previous campaigns. This program was conducted within Vizsla Silver's concessions in Panuco, thanks to their generous support and collaboration, allowing us to access deeper targets within the vein system. (See our Sept 24, 2024 news release)

  • Collaborative Targeting: The drill targets at Palos Verdes were carefully selected based on the recommendations of the Panuco Joint Technical Committee, comprised of Dr. Craig Gibson, Chief Exploration Officer at Prismo Metals; Dr. Peter Megaw, a renowned geologist and Technical Advisor to Prismo Metals; and Dr. Jesus Velador, VP of Exploration at Vizsla Silver.

Corporate Development

  • Strengthened Management Team: We welcomed Steve Robertson as President and transitioned Dr. Craig Gibson to the role of Chief Exploration Officer, further strengthening our leadership team and bringing a wealth of industry experience to Prismo. (See our May 1, 2024 news release)

  • Expanded Investor Reach: We listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE: 7KU), broadening our reach within the European investment community and increasing access for international investors. This listing enhances our visibility and provides greater access to capital markets. (See our April 11, 2024 news release)

  • Active Engagement: We've been actively engaging with our shareholders and interested parties through numerous interviews, participation in conferences and events, and site visit videos. This proactive communication strategy ensures that our stakeholders are well-informed about our progress and plans.

At Hot Breccia, we are looking for the next Resolution!

The Christmas–Hot Breccia and Magma–Resolution systems share striking geological similarities. Hot Breccia & Resolution are both associated with intermediate intrusive rocks that have intruded into favorable sedimentary rocks covered by an andesitic volcanic sequence. Both Hot Breccia & Resolution are associated with Laramide-age, multi-phase, causative intrusives. One Key Difference: The prospective host rocks at Hot Breccia start at 400 m below the surface, while those at Resolution begin at 1,200 m.

🌵 "We've got the possibility of finding something that is much bigger and much richer than the prior generation of explorationists have considered." Our Hot Breccia copper project, located within the prolific Arizona copper belt, could be a game-changer. Join President Steve Robertson for a virtual tour of the project and see why we're so excited about its potential!
