FEBRUARY 2025

We're here for you

Visit New Horizons today!

Dionne Warwick - What The World Needs Now (1966)

Dear Friends...

That line could be the salutation or greeting at the top of a letter (remember those?) or it could be a characterization of what we — all of us — aspire to be at New Horizons. We are here for you, and we want you to be here with us.

Community

New Horizons has a full calendar this month. We are offering something brand new — free tax assistance and electronic filing in partnership with the AARP Foundation's TaxAide program. (More info & to register: (610) 947-0930)

We have more physical fitness and mental welllness programming also — Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, Healthy Exercise, Gentle Movement, Zumba Gold, Guided Meditation, Full Circle, Finding Meaning and Connection, Walking Club!!... Of course, our regular programming continues. And community dining! Join us for lunch.

There is so much going on at New Horizons. Please stop in and see what's right for you.

On behalf of the entire New Horizons team I invite you to join us and share our journey throughout 2025.

New Horizons is here for you!

Keep reading below and also refer to our calendar and website for everything going on at New Horizons in February. Remember that we will always try to welcome you via Zoom If you are unable to attend in person (if we are able — unfortunately, not every program or activity works well online).

Please visit the Center this month — and throughout the year. We have much to offer and your participation helps make New Horizons your community center.

Finally, our annual appeal [click here] is wrapping up. Your generosity allows us to offer our many programs and services and the meals that we share with our community, as well as to create the warm, welcoming environment that is New Horizons.

Thank you!
