Your Pet's Health Is Our Priority!

Happy February, pet lovers! Love is in the air, and what better way to show your love for your furry friends than by ensuring their health and well-being? At Wisconsin Community Veterinary Center, we're dedicated to providing affordable spay/neuter services and wellness care to keep your pets happy and healthy all year round.

This Month's Spotlight:

Spay/Neuter Awareness

Did you know that spaying or neutering your pet is one of the most responsible decisions you can make as a pet owner? It not only helps control pet overpopulation, but it also offers numerous health and behavioral benefits for your furry companion.

  • For Females: Spaying eliminates the risk of uterine infections and tumors, and greatly reduces the chance of mammary cancer. It also prevents unwanted pregnancies and messy heat cycles.

  • For Males: Neutering reduces the risk of testicular cancer and prostate problems. It can also help curb unwanted behaviors like spraying, roaming, and aggression.

We have plenty of appointments available for spay/neuter procedures! Packages start at $80 for cats and $150 for dogs. Please practice responsible pet ownership and have this life-saving surgery done for your pet!

Acupuncture Available At WCVC

WCVC Offers Acupuncture

We’re excited to share WCVC now offers acupuncture! Dr. Cliff has been an integral part of our team for years, and is always willing to get creative with treatment plans and integrate some holistic options. He has been practicing acupuncture for some time, and we’re thrilled to now be able to offer it to our clients!

Acupuncture is an incredible option for overall wellness, targeting specific injuries or issues, and even behavioral intervention. Treatment plans will be formulated specifically for your pet’s needs! We recommend a minimum of 3 appointments for treatment.

First appointment includes full exam to gather history, assess your pet’s needs, and determine a treatment plan. The exam is $45 and will be paired with the first acupuncture session for an additional $75.

Each additional appointment is $75 for the acupuncture treatment. Dr. Cliff will advise on how many treatments he anticipates your pet will need during the first appointment.

Appointments available every Tuesday!
