WBEC-East's signature event is back this year’s theme is Moving Forward Together! Our annual Women's History Month Luncheon links women business owners, responsible sourcing leaders, purchasing professionals, and community leaders to gain access to opportunities and to build social and power networks.


WBEC-East is working in partnership with A Woman's Place to host a supplies drive/donation opportunity. A Woman's Place is Bucks County's ONLY Domestic Violence response organization, and provides a full range of programs and services to individuals experiencing domestic violence, their children, and the community. The Business of Child Care Start-Up Training Program Application Form

Application Deadline: February 3, 2025 by 5:00 PM EST


The Business of Child Care is a free entrepreneurial training program for start-up child care providers located within Allegheny & Surrounding Counties region, facilitated by the Center for Women's Entrepreneurship at Chatham University (CWE). Through an application process, up to 20 start-up child care providers will receive admission to an intensive eight-week training program designed to prepare entrepreneurs to launch child care businesses.
