If the way to your loved one's heart is through the stomach, Instructor Renee Cohen offers two different paths. On Tuesday, February 11, 2025, learn to prepare healthy dishes that all can enjoy. The menu for Everyday Healthy Cooking with Renee Cohen (12934) includes spaghetti squash with vegetable primavera, zoodles (zucchini noodles) with chicken sausage, mini whole wheat tacos with blackened fish and slaw, cauliflower sheet-pan pizza, grilled chicken Parmesan, and chocolate pepita munch mix. Of course, at the end of class, participants will get to savor the fruits of their labor when the cooking is done.
On Thursday, February 13, 2025, Cohen will lead you out of the kitchen but not into the cold for an indoor food tasting experience. Register yourself and your significant other for Culinary Walking Tour: Industry City (13090) to enjoy the six million square foot 35 acre campus along the waterfront in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn.
