We share our love with all in Minneapolis - and throughout the Region, country and the world. We share in faith knowing our Source for spiritual solutions to violence, shock, despair, grief, anger, and more is available now.
Your Board of Trustees invites this Region to 40 Days of Prayer, from now through March 4th. Let us as individuals and ministries commit to Truth, commit to living the Christ consciousness, commit to the inner, unending source of peace to live peace.

BOARD UPDATES
MESSAGE: A ‘Thumbs Up’ from your Board, and the Finance Team, regarding a ratified budget funding the 2026 initiatives has begun. This is our “Investment Year”--partnering with all of you to VITALIZE OUR REGION. Our initiatives start in spirit as ideas which we shape and form in our hearts with divine love and wisdom. With the new year unfolding, I’ve had many conversations about board trainings. There are a few ways board trainings can work.
1. We can put together an area wide training and the Great Lakes Region will pay for all my expenses. One centrally located church would volunteer to host and you and your boards would travel to that church for a group training. Read more

Greetings from chilly Minneapolis! I am encouraged by all the great happenings in Youth and Family Ministry and I celebrate each and every one of you holding the consciousness of uplifting Unity's young people! In many churches around our region, youth rooms are being cleared out, families are coming through the doors, and teams are welcoming them with open arms to receive spiritual upliftment and practical tools rooted in love. Join an ongoing discussion of social action strategies for individuals and ministries exploring questions and current ideas such as: Are policies necessary?, the role of non-violence education, etc. Facilitated by Kathy Harwood Long, Unity minister and GLR Board President.
Unity EarthCare Alliance is Unity's inclusive platform for resources and action initiatives for the care of creation. UWM's long standing EarthCare team is the founding team for this newly formed service ministry. Look for the new website: unityearthcare.org in February.

Jim Blake, CEO, and the UWH board are clarifying roles and individuals to support the Unity Communities and Leaders (UC&L), and also the creation of the portal. All is in process. We welcome Rev. Shar Monscinska as the Executive Director for UC&L. Read More

We have had some churches reach out to us with care and concern regarding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity and how faith communities can respond responsibly, lawfully, and compassionately.
After reviewing multiple denominational and interfaith resources, we found strong alignment across traditions around a shared five-step congregational protocol.
