UCSF’s Center for Science, Education and Outreach is now accepting applications for the 2026 CURE Research Internship, an 8-week summer program offering high school juniors and City College of San Francisco students hands-on research experience, mentorship in UCSF labs, and exposure to academic and career pathways in health and science. Snap Circuits are a fun hands-on way for kids to learn the basics of electronics and electrical circuits. High-Tech High Heels volunteers provide kits and help deliver pre-recorded lessons on how to build each project. Limited kits are available for teachers of grades 3-6 in California. Apply here!
