VIRTUAL PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
MARCH 10 AND 11

We are using PowerSchool to register for conferences again this trimester. Google Meets are available on the evening of March 10 and the afternoon of March 11. Registration opens this afternoon. Due to circumstances beyond our control, PowerSchool will be offline tonight between 9 PM-12 AM.

GRACE IT has provided these directions (Spanish) for you to use to sign up for a conference with your child’s teacher. You will receive a link to your Google Meet from the office shortly before your appointment.

FATHER DAUGHTER DANCE
Send in any last-minute Father Daughter Dance reservations by Friday. Tickets will be available at the door for $10.

RE-ENROLL TODAY
Current families received a re-enrollment welcome email via support@tads.com. The email will contain a link specific to each current student. Because this link is specific to the student/family, it will not work for anyone else. The link directs the parent/guardian to the TADS enrollment website where the online re-enrollment process is to be completed. Each child’s name will be listed with a prompt to “click here to enroll.” Alternatively, a current GRACE family may log in directly using their existing Family Login information and follow the prompts to re-enroll.

Mrs. Heather Phillips has faithfully played an important role in students' lives as our Before and After School program director. She has accepted a new role and her last day with us will be February 28. We wish her all the best, but she leaves big shoes to fill! This is an important part of our school day, and we would hate to have to discontinue a program that impacts so many families, so we are asking for your help to fill the position. Please contact Mrs. Brenda Daming, GRACE Director of Human Resources, if you or someone you know might be interested in mornings, afternoons, one day, or all five days.


Please continue to monitor your children at home for Covid-related symptoms which can include but are not limited to fever, sore throat, headache, body aches, fatigue, runny nose, stomach issues, and coughing. If your children or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms, students should stay home. Please call our school office to report absences or to report symptoms, concerns, exposures, or positive cases.

Holy Family's Site Plan reflects guidance from both the CDC and our healthcare partners at Prevea. The GRACE Board approved the March Site Plan to be the last monthly plan published unless things change. Covid dashboards will be maintained in the GRACE principals' offices for the remainder of the year beginning March 1.
