Attention Commercial Realtors | |
Salem County Department of Economic Development has launched a site selection and marketing application to showcase commercial properties/ developable land for sale/ lease within Salem County. This program will greatly benefit our office in making suggestions to potential businesses and developers going through their site selection process. it is my hope that this program will also be beneficial for your teams as well. Later in the year, we will also be rolling out new features to this program to help showcase demographic data, special tax designation zones, and parcel data.
Any commercial property or large parcel of developable land that is not currently listed can be listed by emailing me the property information directly or the property owner/ listing agent may fill out this form (https://resimplifi.com/property-submission).
Please help us by sharing this information with any landlord or property owner that you may know looking to sell/ lease their property. I look forward to our continued partnership in making Salem County a more prosperous place to live and do business!
