Good Afternoon St. Stephen Families,
Automatic re-enrollment has happened! If you are seeing a charge in your FACTS account for $275, that is the registration fee for the 2022-23 school year. We have been talking about this since last January and it has happened. The good news is that no one needs to go into FACTS and re-enroll for next year. We did all the work for you. Please refer to my emails and letters or send me an email if you have any questions. Your current payment plan in FACTS will also rollover to next school year. If you are currently on a monthly plan, you will stay on that plan unless you contact us to make a change.
Thank you to everyone who made Catholic Schools Week special. We have all enjoyed the activities and watching the interesting outfits that the students have worn this week. A special thank you to PTCO for the lunch on Tuesday and to all the speakers who came out today to share their vocation with our students.
Peace,
Linda Umoh

Thanks to our very generous PTCO for providing a delicious lunch in the FLC for teachers and staff. The lunch was followed by some fun conversation and well-deserved time for teachers to relax. Special thanks to parent volunteers who help with set up, clean up, and for assisting in the classrooms. Catholic School Week is an amazing week to thank those that do so much for us.

It was brought to our attention that emails appearing to be from Father Dermot, have been going out to staff and possibly parents asking that the person contact him. If you reply there is a request to purchase gift cards. Please know that any emails, texts or phone calls asking for favors or gift cards are NOT from Father Dermot. This is fraudulent activity.

This year we are working with TreeRing to give each child a personalized yearbook experience.
Each student has the opportunity to create 2 free custom pages for their yearbook. This gives your student the chance to memorialize their best moments, memories, and photos from throughout the year. These pages will only be printed in your student's unique copy of the yearbook.
If you would like to give your student special recognition, you also have the option to purchase an ad. This is a great way to tell your student(s) how proud you are and also support our school. These ads will appear in every single copy of the yearbook and are an excellent way to celebrate your student.
Please note, the school will provide each student with their own yearbook. You DO NOT need to purchase a yearbook unless you would like an additional copy.

The Haal Pass allows our students to access public library resources with just their student ID number and Pin. Students will use their student ID number (from FACTS) and their password of 4321 to log into the HCPLC.org site. This allows them to check out physical copies of books as well as digital books, audiobooks, and any other materials available from the public library. Students can also use this account to check out ebooks on Overdrive or Libby, the digital reader programs used by the public library.
