A. PERMITS & LICENSES- Rebecca Kobert

• Motion approve an application to the New York State Liquor Authority for a new On-Premises Liquor License on behalf of Roy Saubai Inc (DBA Thai Town New York) at 204 Smith Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231.
• Motion approve an application to the New York State Liquor Authority for a new On-Premises Liquor License on behalf of Alex & Ari Inc (DBA Stellas's) at 321 9th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215.

B. LANDMARKS/LANDUSE- David Briggs

• Motion to approve an application to the Landmarks Preservation Commission to obtain a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow for a rear yard and roof extension at 30 Tompkins Place, Brooklyn, NY 11201 - Cobble Hill Historic District. Conditions are as follows: Applicant reduces the area of fenestration at rooftop enlargement.
• Motion to disapprove an application to the Landmarks Preservation Commission to obtain a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow for mechanical equipment to be added to the roof along with a roof terrace and a rear door at the garden facade at 17 Prospect Park West, Brooklyn, NY 11215- Park Slope Historic District.
