ANNUAL GOLF CART REGISTRATION REMINDER

It’s a new year, so it’s time to renew your annual golf cart registration! See https://www.beauxarts-wa.gov/other-town-services for the registration form and instructions. The fee for the annual registration is $30. Once completed, the registration form and check for the annual fee can be mailed or hand delivered to the Town's mailbox. Please email Deputy Clerk Tych with questions.

COUNCIL BUSINESS

COUNCIL BUSINESS: The Council held a special meeting on Monday December 30th to adopt the 2025 – 2045 Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Beaux Arts Village. If you are interested, the document can be found on the Town website at

The Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday January 14th to discuss/act on the following:

  • A Regional Coalition for Housing (ARCH): Approved the 2025 Work Plan and Budget for ARCH, a consortium of Eastside cities working in partnership to develop affordable housing in our area.
  • Discussed a draft ordinance related to camping on public property. The draft ordinance will be reviewed by the King County Sheriff’s Office to ensure enforceability before the Council acts to enact it.
  • Reviewed current rules related to animal control.
  • Discussed the Planning Commission’s procedures for prioritizing their advisory studies and considered ideas to support that work.
  • Reviewed a draft list of Legislative Priorities for 2025, which the Council will visit again at the February meeting.

All necessary permits were issued last month for:

  • 2551 103rd Ave SE: mechanical permit
  • 2811 106th Pl SE: demo permit
  • 2811 106th Pl SE: building permit
