REMINDER – WATER RATES INCREASED ON JANUARY 1st

Residents will see the increase on their March 1st bills for water usage in January and February.

INCLEMENT WEATHER AND SERVICE ALERTS

Due to our recent snow and icy streets, Republic cancelled collection services the week of January 15th. Republic has a service-alert system in place to give their customers advance notice when service will be delayed and/or canceled. If you did not receive this alert but want to in the future, please sign up as follows:

  1. Go to republicservices.com and create a login ID and password. Be sure to go to your profile and enter your contact information (phone, email, or both).
  2. Once you are logged in, you will see the schedule for your residence and any current alerts affecting your service.
  3. Click on the link to My Account in the upper right corner and choose Manage Account. Enter the primary contact name and contact information for your account.

Also at My Account, choose Manage Profile. Click on Communication Preferences and indicate if you wish to receive service alerts by email, text, and/or phone. The next time there is a service disruption, Republic Services will send you an automated message explaining the disruption (delay, cancellation, other) and other related information.

When service is disrupted, Republic will usually collect double the amount on their next visit. BUT because recycled materials and yard waste are collected every other week, the next collection of those materials will be delayed two weeks. You can confirm what will be picked up and when by logging in to your account and checking the service calendar.

GOLF CART REGISTRATION RENEWAL
