Autism Education Fund and Keokee Fund Now Accepting Applications
 
In 2015 the Keokee Fund supported Bonner Middle School by funding academically gifted 7th and 8th grade students a field trip to Richmond, VA. 
The Autism Education Fund and
the Keokee Fund
are accepting applications.  All application are due Friday, March 18, 2016.   

The Keokee Fund's purpose it to support the education of academically gifted students.  
 
The Autism Education Fund's purpose is to support autism education-related programs or organizations benefiting individuals, families, educators and the community.

Fund Spotlight!
 
The Nancy Flippen Fund was established with the Community Foundation on December 28, 2015.  The fund was established to honor the memory of the donor's friend, Nancy Flippen. 

The fund will make annual grants to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Danville Area for educational purposes and to the Danville Concert Association for general purposes. 
 
Donations can be made to this fund at any time and they can be made in honor or in memory of a loved one.

$617,000 in Grants Awarded     

The Community Foundation held their grant reception on January 19th at the Danville Life Saving Crew.  Grants were awarded to 49 organizations totaling $617,000.  Click here for more information.
