With our Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 15, it’s time to elect new members to the Board of Directors. Filling a position on the Board is one way for you to help improve our Co-op.
Circle Craft’s board is presently an ‘operating board’’; actively involved in daily operations, and we are working toward a return to a governance model by 2022.
As a Director, you would be expected to attend 12 to 20 Board meetings a year, participate in email conversations between meetings, attend a one-day annual retreat, chair a committee, and communicate regularly with Staff. You will help to evolve the direction of the Co-op in ways that ensure our financial health and align with our rules and by-laws.
There are currently six Directors, and we can elect six more. Will you be one of them?
