Tri-State Manufacturers' Alliance

The 2025 Tri-State Manufacturers’ Alliance Impact Report is available now. TSMA continues to bring manufacturers and professionals together across the Evansville Region to strengthen collaboration, workforce development, and operational excellence.

The Tri-State Manufacturers’ Alliance is launching Lean on TSMA — a new initiative providing free, peer-driven Lean support to regional manufacturers.

Submit your issue — whether it’s inefficiencies, bottlenecks, communication gaps, or process waste — and receive guidance from the TSMA Lean Peer Group.

Selected submissions may lead to:

  • Collaborative site visits
  • Peer-led working sessions
  • Practical tools and improvement strategies

No formal Lean experience required — plain language is encouraged.

The Tri-State Manufacturers' Alliance is thrilled to welcome two new members to its Steering Committee:

Jordan Weil serves as Manager of Technology Infrastructure at The Cox Group and brings nearly 20 years of experience across industrial maintenance, operations, and IT leadership. With deep Tri-State roots and a strong commitment to community, we’re excited to have him on the team.

Jamie Parker serves as Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Anchor Industries, where she focuses on leadership development and continuous improvement. With experience across manufacturing and other industries, and a people-centric approach to building strong cultures, we’re excited to have Jamie’s perspective helping guide TSMA.

On February 17, the Tri-State Manufacturers' Alliance Future Leaders Peer Group hosted its first workshop. The group led a hands-on session teaching manufacturers how to conduct a SWOT analysis and turn those insights into actionable SMART goals.
