Ragdale Ring Competition Now Open

Deadline is February 15

 2022 marks the 10th anniversary of the Ragdale Ring Competition. Ragdale invites architects and designers to apply for a design-build studio residency, leading to the installation of a temporary, outdoor performance venue.

College of Lake County is Celebrating CTE (Career and Technical Education) in February

CLC supplies many workers in the Lake County workforce through its different Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. February is CTE Month, and CLC is taking the time to celebrate these impactful programs.



Workshops continue bringing Waukegan’s art community together

A new series of art workshops are set for Lakeshore Campus in Waukegan this spring, following last fall’s success. These art workshops are free and created for both adults and high school students.

Music Institute Academy to Receive $10,000 Grant from the National Endowment for the Arts

The grant will enhance the enrichment elements of the Academy curriculum, including master classes, workshops, and performances by some of the most respected teachers and professional musicians in the classical music industry.

Registration Open for 6 Week Workshops: Fairytale Dance & Broadway Bound

Starts in February

Fairytale Dance is an enchanting, story-based dance program for boys and girls thattbring beloved fairy tales to life!

In Broadway Bound, this super fun Broadway Musical Theatre Workshop, students will learn short routines from a variety of musicals and perform for parents during the last 10 minutes of the last class.
