Impact AZ 2025 Accepting Applications for Second Cohort


Impact AZ 2025 is a statewide program designed to help Black and minority-owned businesses prepare for contracting opportunities. The program provides technical assistance, mentorship, and capital readiness to budding entrepreneurs looking to do business with corporations and government entities.


Impact AZ is gearing up for their Second Cohort, kicking off on April 24, 2024, and applications are being accepted now.

Scottsdale Relaunches Sustainability Awards


With environmental stewardship at the forefront, the city is relaunching its Sustainable Scottsdale Awards Program – an initiative that celebrates outstanding contributions to sustainability and environmental stewardship within the Scottsdale community.


Nominations open Thursday, Feb. 1 and close at 5 p.m. April 1. They are seeking submissions from:

  • Projects focused on water conservation, renewable energy and sustainable practices.
  • Initiatives that improve air and water quality, recycling and waste management.
  • Contributions toward energy efficiency, environmental education and broader community impact.

Grant Opportunity: 2024 TechConnect World Innovation Conference and Expo


Join the world’s brightest researchers, innovators, and technology prospectors as they convene in Washington, DC, June 17-19, 2024 for the TechConnect World Innovation Conference and Expo.


All Arizona companies interested in attending the conference are invited to apply for a $1,500 grant to reimburse attendance. Applications are being accepted through March 29, 2024.

Donate Professional Clothing to Support Vista del Camino Career Closet’s Dress for Success Program


We are teaming up with Scottsdale Public Library and Human Services for a Professional Clothing Drive supporting the Vista del Camino Career Closet! Their Dress for Success program provides assistance to local job seekers in need of a professional outfit, work clothes or shoes for interviews and/or office jobs.


Gently-used clothing for men and women in all sizes is appreciated, but plus sizes are especially needed. The career closet also accepts gently-used bras, socks, belts, ties and shoes. New undergarments, makeup and toiletries for men and women are also appreciated. 


Clothing will be accepted March 4-13, 2024. Drop off locations include:

·        Civic Center Library

·        Mustang Public Library

·        Appaloosa Public Library

·        Vista del Camino Community Center
