MLB's Pitch, Hit & Run
Jr. Home Run Derby
City of Mesa Youth Sports and the Oakland Athletics will be hosting Pitch, Hit and Run and the Jr. Home Run Derby, Feb. 19, at Hohokam Stadium, 1235 N. Center St. The event is free and open to boys and girls ages 7 to 14. A’s players will be at the event.

New this year:  All participants will receive a free ticket to the A’s vs. Chicago White Sox game at Hohokam Stadium Saturday, Feb. 23. All overall winners receive two free tickets to that game and get to go down on the field before the game where their names will be announced.

Want a way to keep active while having a blast with friends? The City of Mesa offers adult recreational and competitive women's, men's, and coed leagues on a variety of nights. Registration is coming up for the following:

Adventures With Park Rangers
Kids and their families will love interacting with our Park Rangers with nature appreciation activities and crafts. This event will focus on “Home Sweet Home." We will be looking at animals and historical people that lived in the area with some light fort construction and digging at the playground.This event is free.
