Community Engagement
A message from Ashley Ludman, Global Outreach Liaison
My name is Ashley Ludman, and I serve as the Global Outreach Liaison for GPBA. My role is to support connection and communication across our international community of breathwork schools, practitioners, and educators.
Breathwork is growing quickly around the world. Many people are seeking regulation, healing, and support through the breath. Because of this growth, it is more important than ever that breathwork is taught responsibly, ethically, and with clear professional standards.
GPBA exists to support this shared responsibility.
At this stage, we are inviting all current members to connect with us on social media. These platforms will help us stay connected globally and share updates, perspectives, and conversations that support the field of professional breathwork.
Please follow GPBA on:

Most importantly, we want to hear from you. This community is built through conversation and collaboration. In the coming months, we will be creating more opportunities to connect, share ideas, and shape the future of breathwork together.
Thank you for being part of GPBA and for the work you bring into the world.
Let’s begin the conversation.
Warm regards,
Ashley Ludman
