MLK Day of Service
For the third year in a row, United Way has participated in Athens MLK Day of Service, where over 500 volunteers worked on dozens of projects throughout the city.

Our team served on the steering committee (Go Julie!), helped with registration, and volunteered at Brooklyn Cemetery.
It's that time of year again.....
February 11th is National 2-1-1 Day, and is a great chance to learn about the valuable resources that our local 2-1-1 provides to thousands of Northeast Georgia citizens every year.

Business Spotlight: Georgia Power
Thanks to the generosity of our partners at Georgia Power, we are able to provide 800+ more children with books in 2019!

GA Power donated $25,000 to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, our early literacy program that is improving kindergarten readiness in Clarke and Oconee Counties.
