On Saturday, January 28th, the Council proudly held its first Polish Dinner to commemorate Polish heritage in our parish. The turn out was fantastic with over 200 guests.
The food from Polish food purveyors north of the border, included kielbasa, pierogis, stuffed cabbage, and sauerkraut. Fresh baked rye bread, angel wings and other desserts were also served.
The Council extends hearty thanks all who came to support this event and to all the Brothers who helped set up and worked in the kitchen to make this event a success.
