CCMI Celebrates Our 20th Anniversary in Business
Contractor Compliance and Monitoring, Inc. (CCMI) was founded in November 2002 as the result of the California legislature passing legislation that pushed labor compliance enforcement down to local school district which received a certain type of bond funding. The following February, we wrote our first Labor Compliance program and started work on multiple projects for the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District. In December of 2022 we just finished another project for that District, as Jan Shipley, construction supervisor retired. This is just one example of the great relationships we have built over the years. And, CCMI has its first employee, Jessica Finau, still with us, as well as many employees with 10+ and 15+ years as part of the CCMI team. Some of those employees include Katherine Martins, Yvonne Nickles, Heather Faulkner, Steve Noguera and Sandra Ruiz. Let’s just say we are pretty proud of our team.
