2024 Dock Sublease applications were sent via email in January utilizing Adobe Sign. If you have not received, or can not find your emailed digital application, please contact Office@lakelemon.org to request a new form be sent. The payment deadline to receive a $40 discount on your 2024 sublease is March 1st, 2024. Once the agreement has been signed by all parties, you will receive an emailed invoice. The sublease fee may be paid by completing the emailed invoice or mailing a check to Lake Lemon Conservancy District at 7599 N. Tunnel Rd., Unionville, IN 47468

The 2nd Annual Lemon Drop Polar Plunge was one for the cold plunge record books. With an air temperature of 27 F and a water temperature of 37 F , those who braved the plunge were very dedicated and surely appreciated the warming fires on the beach and in the shelter house. Approximately 50 individuals took the plunge, including District V Representative Les Wadzinski and District III Representative Bret Huber, with over $1800.00 raised. Thank you to all those who braved the weather and helped raise funds for Lake Lemon!

Hydraulic dredging will continue in the Bean Blossom Delta area during the 2024 season. Dredge America will begin to mobilize equipment in March with dredging beginning in April. If you are on the lake during the early boating session, please take extra caution when navigating near any equipment preparations going on. Maps with equipment positioning and safety information will be produced and shared as we get closer to the dredging initiating.
