Are you looking for ways to get involved? Check out the events and opportunities below!
Note from Principal Daws

Dear Marina Families;
We cannot believe it is February but the weather surely does let us know with cold and warm absolutely following each other.
We have a busy month in front of us!

We are looking forward to celebrating Black History Month with a number of assemblies and activities. We're also looking forward to a Valentine's Day Dance on February 14th!

Construction update:  We will begin construction of half the first floor (front door to the auditorium doors) during Spring Break. Students with lockers in this area will move to the lockers in the art/music wing. The classes on this floor will also move to the art wing. They will all be moving back in June when school ends and construction on the second half of the first floor and second floor will be going on during the summer. We are also having solar panels put on the roof of the auditorium during February and March.

Have a great weekend.
Ginny

The Marina Culture and Climate Team created a survey to help us understand how families feel about our school, their child’s learning, and how we can improve. It is very important that we get as many of our families to respond as possible so that we have data that truly represents the whole school and not just a few people. Everyone’s voice is important! This survey will be anonymous. Parents with multiple children in this school should fill out one survey for each child.The survey is available online and is translated into Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Arabic.

Please take a moment to take our survey .
