Hello!!!

What a perfect time for reflection now that things have calmed and slowed from the Holidays, For those that are new to Balance we welcome you to our monthly newsletter, and for those that have been in support of Balance for awhile, welcome back!! HAPPY 2020!!. We certainly have some new, fun and exciting news to update you on.
We are super excited to be expanding our Halotherapy Offerings in 2020 with the addition of a HaloIR Booth. We have been hearing so many amazing results from those that have been attending sessions in the Salt Space. We continue to offer a one time Intro session for those that would like to try out the space. If you have not tried it, come on in, we offer sessions on the hour. We are also offering a 3 week special to help you navigate your way through cold and flu season!
We have a new yoga teacher that will be offering two new classes (a yoga class specifically for girls ages 8 to 12 and a yoga nidra class) The yoga nidra is open to the public and we will be offering a discount to veterans and active military members for this class. Yoga nidra has been found to be very helpful for these courageous women and men.
We have committed in 2020 to bring more Sound and Vibration offerings to Balance and lean into our status as a Peter Hess Academy even deeper. Did you know that there are over 23 academies in the World, each representing a country? Right here on the Lakeshore is the USA Academy! (More info to come on that in the future)
We look forward to journeying through 2020 with you. May this year bring you much clarity and many moments to be grateful for. Thanks for reading our NEWS!

Upcoming Reiki Offerings
Reiki Master Level Training with Gina
808 Panther Ave, Sheboygan, WI
Friday, February 21st
9am - 3pm

For those attuned to Reiki I and II and feel the call to deepen their Reiki practice This attunement heightens your vibration level and allows you to share the gift of Reiki attunements with others. This is a one year commitment to develop your skills with hands on practice.
Reiki is a sacred practice that requires reverence and our greatest respect if we are to experience its most wonderful value. The benefits of Reiki can be all encompassing, not only giving us the ability to heal ourselves and others, which by itself is deeply meaningful, but also bringing guidance for our lives. Its unlimited nature can create opportunities for continual growth, unfoldment and the awakening of our own boundless potential. The ever increasing joy, peace and abundance that await those who sincerely pursue the path of Reiki are not only a blessing to be enjoyed, but also contain the healing that the planet so dearly needs. Those who have been initiated into Reiki often feel this greater potential and aspire to continue on to the Advanced and Master levels.
The desire to grow is inherent in simply being alive. As we look around ourselves and observe living things, we can clearly see that the one activity that all living things share is growth.
The joys of becoming a Reiki Master are many and you don't necessarily have to teach in order for the Master training to be useful. The additional healing energy, symbols, techniques and knowledge will add value to your healing abilities. As each person takes the Reiki Master training, and increases their personal vibration, this adds to the vibration of the whole planet! (by William Lee Rand)

Everyone has feelings of stress and worry at times. Missing school with headaches and tummy aches is no fun. If your child struggles at school, has trouble focusing, or misses social activities because of worry, she is not alone.
Just like we teach children healthy physical hygiene, we can also teach healthy mental hygiene. The focus of this series is to give students practical tools they'll feel confident using when feeling anxious.
Students will explore the 5 elements of nature using yoga poses, breathwork, creative expression, games and guided relaxation. This will help them to feel connected at all levels while understanding their own nature.
Attendance at all 6 sessions is encouraged for full benefit of the series.
Teacher Barb Holt looks forward to leading your child on this learning adventure. She has been trained through Global Family Yoga Anxious to Awesome™

Peter Hess investigated the effect of traditional Eastern sound healing approaches from India, Tibet, and Nepal on the human mind and body; his findings form the basis for Peter Hess® Sound Massage. After many years of practice, Peter Hess adapted the traditional approaches to people in Western cultures. This training introduces basic principles of Peter Hess® Sound Massage. Participants receive instruction in sound massage theory, applications, cautions, and techniques, and gain experience giving and receiving basic Sound Massage treatments. This Level One course is the first step to become a Peter Hess Certified Sound Massage Practitioner.
