We have recently shifted some positions on our Network team in order to accommodate our priorities to identify, resource, and network ministry leaders in Southern New England. Join us in welcoming Rev. Christan Causey to the role of Director of Minister Care and Rev. Selwyn Bodley to the role of Director of Multiplication.
Director of Minister Care
The Director of Minister Care is responsible for providing care and resources to help our ministry leaders grow in mental, emotional, relational, and financial well-being.
Announcement Summary:
  • Christan Causey will be stepping into the role of Director of Minister Care
  • She will serve in the role part-time
  • Christan will continue to oversee Women's Ministries

This month, we expanded Christan's role on the Network level to Director of Minister Care. As many of you know, Christan has served as our Women's Ministry Director since 2017 and has done a tremendous job. In addition to that work, she and her husband Brad have planted and co-pastored Essence Place church in West Hartford, CT.

Recently, Christan graduated from Regent University with an M.A. in Human Services Counseling, and a concentration in Marriage and Family Ministry. To complete her studies, she worked with me in developing our Minister Care Division here at the Network. It became clear to me, that God has uniquely equipped Christan to care for the leaders in our Network.

I care deeply about this work and believe Christan is key to developing this area, building teams, and executing a great plan. Join us in welcoming Christan to this role!
Director of Multiplication
The Director of Multiplication oversees and cares for the local and global multiplication efforts of Southern New England.
Announcement Summary:
  • Selwyn will direct all missions engagement for the Network
  • His primary focus will be World Missions
  • Selwyn will direct our Network Multiplication efforts through US/World Missions, Church Planting, and Chi Alpha

We have expanded Selwyn's role on the Network level to Director of Multiplication.
As many of you know, Selwyn and Lori Bodley have served within our Network as staff pastors and missionaries to Peru. Since returning from the mission field in 2019, our Network has been tremendously blessed by Selwyn's skills and expertise in the area of missions. As such, Selwyn will continue to direct missions engagement for our Network, primarily overseeing World Missions. This includes caring for all of our current SNE missionaries, leading missions trips with SNE leaders, and encouraging missions engagement for all SNE ministers.

In addition to these responsibilities, Selwyn will now serve as the Director of Multiplication. This will include coordinating teams and multiplying efforts for World Missions, US Missions, Church Planting, and Chi Alpha.
Join us in welcoming Selwyn to this role!

Our 2021 Annual Network Business meeting will be held virtually. We look forward to sharing further details on Thursday's zoom call. Please mark your calendars:
