Recognize someone special by making an honorary, tax-deductible donation to the Mequon-Thiensville Education Foundation. When you honor or memorialize a friend or loved one by making a donation to the MTEF, a notification of your contribution (without disclosing the amount of your gift) will be sent to the person or family being honored or memorialized by your gift.

Your donations help the Foundation achieve its primary goal: to champion excellence in education by helping prepare students to succeed in an increasingly complex world beyond high school.

To donate, use the online link to the right or make a donation via mail.

"A good education can change anyone, a good teacher can change everything."

Please take the time to acknowledge and thank an outstanding educator with a nomination for this year's MTEF Excellence in Teaching Awards.
  • Parents - Have you had an outstanding experience with a teacher at your child's school?
  • Students - Did a teacher of yours go above and beyond the call of duty?
  • Educators - Is there a teacher who has mentored you or deserves recognition?
Recognition and a cash award of $1,000 will be given to each winner at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Regardless of whether your nominee wins, he or she will receive a congratulatory note from the MTEF and a copy of your nomination form.
Eligibility criteria and the online nomination form can be found after March 1st at .

The Foundation is putting together a fun team to help with marketing, race logistics, registration, and volunteer coordination for a September 7th, 4pm fun run in conjunction with the Taste of Mequon. Are you able to help?   Contact us!
