PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

The Most Important Webinar Ever

Dear friend,

Clean air. Clear mind.

Our groundbreaking webinar on Thursday – How Brain Health is Planetary Health – is FREE. Why? Because we want to help you save your brain, save your life, and save the planet.

Here we are in 2026, and we’re facing a very serious challenge. It's about how the invisible pollutants in the sky are hurting your mind and body.

As a physician and researcher, I am deeply concerned about the recent changes to the regulations about air pollution.

This promises to be very bad for your health, especially your brain, as these pollutants invade your brain and cause it to deteriorate.

As you may know, in concert with The Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease, we have just published a visionary article called Air Pollution and Alzheimer’s Disease Prevention: The Science and a Prevention Plan. This article reveals all the latest ways that you can and must protect your mind, body, and soul from the ravages of air pollution.

To not do so may lead to an early demise and I kid you not.

Recently, we received an email from a long-time friend of ARPF who asked why we are pursuing this topic. The answer is clear:

Someone must lead and it might as well be us.

So here’s what we’re doing. We’ve created a series of three webinars outlining what you can do right now to put out the fire of inflammation caused by air pollution.

Beyond that, we’re also going to share ways you can help channel your energy and wisdom to save the planet. After all, as far as we know, it’s the only one we have.

Please join our first 1-hour webinar on February 26th at 1 pm PT / 4 pm ET.

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.

MEDITATE FOR YOUR MEMORY CHALLENGE

March 9 - 13, 2026

Join us for another FREE week-long Kirtan Kriya meditation challenge! Starting on March 9th, we will meet via Zoom and teach participants how to practice Kirtan Kriya, followed by practicing together, and then a Q&A. First-time meditators welcome - all skill levels are encouraged to join.

Monday, March 9 - Friday, March 13, 2026

We will meet for 30 minutes every day at:

12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET

A daily Kirtan Kriya practice has been proven to enhance many aspects of well-being. Just 12 minutes a day will improve mood and sleep, and decrease anxiety, stress, blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels.

"These are very powerful and emotional sessions that release tension but also give a sense of calm and easing of pressures and stress, which is very important, especially for caregivers."

NEW PROGRAMS

BLTT Community Connect

We are excited to launch a new initiative! BLTT Community Connect is a virtual meet-up where Brain Longevity Specialists come together to network, share experiences, and dig into timely brain health trends that influence their lives, communities, and future careers. Each session offers space for real conversation, peer support, and practical insights they can take back into their programs, work, and everyday decision-making.

Although these programs are for graduates only, everyone is welcome to take the BLTT and join in future sessions.

PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT

Kirtan Kriya Music

ARPF research reveals that doing the Kirtan Kriya yoga meditation for 12 minutes a day improves memory, concentration, and attention. This exercise also increases mental energy, improves your genes, and decreases depression as well as inflammation. It's a great way to start your day and set yourself up for a future of mental clarity.
