WestShore Plaza For Sale

WPG Inc., the Ohio-based owner of the mall, has engaged CBRE Group Inc. to market the 54-acre property for sale which is primed for redevelopment. WPG has been prepping WestShore Plaza for mixed-use redevelopment for the better part of the last decade. In early 2024, the group won final approval for its plans from Tampa City Council. MORE

Westshore Public Art Project Updates

West Shore Boulevard is Wrapped Up! Signal boxes (pictured on left) at 5 different intersections are now wrapped in unique Westshore District designs.

The “Westshore Student Art Creativity” exhibit will open to the public February 7 through May 29, showcasing art from three local schools in Westshore. Located at TPA Level 2 across from USO Office.

‘Save The Date’ - Bike Westshore Rides on March 1 & 8

March is Florida’s Bike Month, and we are bringing back the “Bike Westshore” guided bike tour series. Powered by Pedal Power Promoters, join the Alliance staff on a bike tour of the Westshore District! The ride will highlight safe corridors and low stress routes to get around Westshore with stops showcasing popular public art, bike facilities, and more! Stay tuned for more details!
