In order for your child to take their costume home, your account must be up to date. Costume balances are PAST DUE! Also, if you are not up to date on tuition, your child will not be taking their costume home. There are no costume refunds, if you decide to withdraw your child from our program,

All costume money IS PAST DUE!

All students have been measured for costumes. Although rare, alterations are sometimes needed after the costumes have been distributed and are the sole responsibility of the student’s parent or guardian.

Recital Fees & Information
Recital Fee- $20.00 per child
$30 Per Family
Due February 1, 2021
This reserves your child's place in the recital. This also helps cover the cost of the tech crew, props, security, recital medals & music licensing for rehearsal & recital weekend.
Recital tickets will go on sale in March! Tickets will be sold online again this year!

Other expenses will include costumes, recital tickets, tights & shoes.
Dance Recital programs and Recital DVDs are optional to purchase.
Every year, one of the highlights of our recital is the beautiful keepsake program book that showcases our studio and students. Each family is encouraged to support their dancer by buying or selling an ad that can include a picture, words of wisdom, best wishes, or congratulations. Ask your family, friends, grandparents, aunts, uncles and local businesses to sponsor a picture page for your dancer. Students can be pictured together with a fellow dancer and the families can share the expense. Students can also purchase more than one ad. Make your child's dance recital complete this recital by buying an ad for the annual recital program book. This is a great way to acknowledge the dancer in your life for all their hard work. It's also a great way to advertise for your business and reach a target demographic. We have different sizes available and ads start at just $25. You will choose the portrait that goes in the advertisement after you receive your proofs from Colonial Photography. The dancer that sells the most ads will be featured as our 2021 Cover Girl. They will also receive a FREE YEAR OF DANCE TUITION ($430 Value)
Deadline For Cover Girl Entry: Friday, March 19th
Deadline For ALL ADS: Thursday, April 8th.

Colonial Photography will be our professional photographer this year.
Class pictures and group pictures will be taken at the dance studio during your dancer's scheduled dance class times the week of March 15-19th.
Pictures will be taken at Knollwood, Dauphin Way Baptist during their class times. St. Mary students will come to the dance studio.
More information about pictures/sitting fees, etc.. as soon as we have all of the details.
The dance studio is located upstairs at Nasser Gymnastics.

If you paid for fall semester, spring semester tuition is due by Jan 1.
Dance Tuition is always due by the 1st of every month, and late by the 10th! The fee options shown below are for each month and include a 3% online ordering convenience fee (indicated in the drop down and PayPal pricing). For your convenience, we have added a Semester Payment Option as well as a Yearly Payment Option. You will not receive a monthly invoice.

After the 15th, a $15 late fee per month will be applied. Please make sure you pay on time each month to avoid late fees. Tuition is based on a yearly rate, from September through May/June, paid in nine payments. Some months have three classes while other months have five classes. Monthly payment installments remain the same throughout the year. We do not prorate tuition for any reason.

Holidays and closures are already calculated into your nine payments. If joining a class after the first week of that month, the full payment installment must be made for that month and makeups in similar classes are encouraged for any missed weeks. There are absolutely no refunds. If at any time, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have move to virtual dance classes, tuition is still due and classes will be held during regular class times.

This year, we have found ourselves in a new normal and we are committed to continuing to offer you the best dance experience. Thanks to technology, we will be providing you with an online dance experience for your dancer to keep them moving, learning and having fun if we have to dance virtually again. If at anytime you are uncomfortable with sending your child to dance class due to Covid-19, your child will still be able to dance VIRTUALLY!
Class Attendance
Students must attend classes regularly for their own benefit as well as the growth and development of the class as a whole. Our dance classes are based on individual commitment; however they are fueled by the entire class. If you are sick, running fever, showing symptoms of Covid-19 or someone living in your home has Covid-19, please stay home for the safety and wellness of our dance family and community. By coming to class we assume that all students are healthy and able to dance. If your child has a sprained ankle, cast, etc. PARENTS should let us know about the situation in advance and we will let your child observe the class.

No Parents or Visitors in Dance Class
No Parents or visitors are allowed in the dance classroom. Dancers are more focused and perform better with less people in the room. Dance is also about learning independence. You will see your dancer grow so much in confidence from their dance
classes. If your child is feeling anxious about being in class without you, you can help by explaining to your child that they can show you what they learned after class.
