Quality Assurance Survey
Help shape the Quality Assurance (QA) program
|
|
We are evolving and would like your input – the collective voice of OTs across the province. View a quick message from Lesley Krempulec, QA Manager, and take a few minutes to complete our survey before March 17.
In this survey, we would like:
- your thoughts about the overall approach to quality assurance,
- insight into risks in occupational therapy practice, and
- what has value for OTs when it comes to continued competence.
Deadline: Friday, March 17, 2023
Your insights will help determine what areas of occupational therapy practice have an element of risk if the competencies are not met. These areas will help shape the domains of the competency assessment and the following education.

Consultation: Emergency Class

|
|
The goal of the proposed amendments is to ensure there is no labour shortage in the health sector when emergency circumstances occur.

Applied Behaviour Analysis
Consultation Open Until March 14, 2023
|
|
The College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) has been working with the Government of Ontario on legislation that defines the distinct scope of practice of the profession of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and restricts the use of the title “Behaviour Analyst."
An email was sent to all COTO registrants on Monday, February 27, 2023 inviting participation in a survey to better understand the impact of this legislation. You can access the survey in French and English. Additional information is posted on the CPO’s ABA Portal.
The survey is available until Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
