CCR&R Fairy Tale Ball


The Fairy Tale Ball is just a few weeks away!


Join us for a enchanted night of dancing, magical surprises, and meeting your favorite fairy tale characters and superheroes!


All ages are welcome! Tickets: $25 in advance, $30 at door. All attendees age 2 and over must have a purchased ticket

New Beginnings:

Supporting Refugee Children & Families


This training helps early childhood professionals build a deeper understanding of the refugee experience and learn to support and partner with families in ways that honor their strengths, stories, and cultures.

This training is made possible at no cost to child care providers by funds from the Bureau of Refugee Programs “Child Care Resource & Referral” grant.

Positive Guidance and Supervision


Participants will learn how to implement appropriate practices to supervise children in their care and utilize child tracking procedures. In addition, participants will learn how to positively guide children's behavior and create a safe and effective classroom environment.

CPR/AED Training

Dates for CPR/AED

  • Saturday, February 14th from 8:00-11:00 am
  • Tuesday, February 17th from 6:00-9:00 pm


Training includes: CPR for Adult, Child and Infant, Use of AED & Emergency Care for Choking. Meets state of Wisconsin license requirements. Training valid for two years.

Cost: $25 per person


Dates for Pediatric First Aid

  • Saturday, February 28th from 8:00- 11:00 am


Training includes: adult and pediatric CPR, use of AED, and emergency care for choking. Training valid for 2 years. Cost: $25 per person

Little Learners Playgroups at the Chilton Public Library

CCR&R invites you to join us for twice monthly playgroups at the Chilton Public Library! 


Playgroups will take place from 10:15 to 11:15 am every second and fourth Thursday of the month starting February 26, 2026.


Families can enjoy free open play, play-based learning activities, and time to connect with other parents and caregivers.

Calumet County Diaper Drop

The next diaper drop will be February 19th, 2026 at the Brillion Community Center (120 Center St.) from 3:30-6:00 pm.


Diaper Pre-Registration: While registration is not required, families are encouraged to pre-register to help ensure the right diaper sizes are available. We also have feminine hygiene products and adult sized Depends available.


Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) is a partner of the Kimberly-Clark Eastern Wisconsin Diaper Bank, which makes this monthly distribution possible. No income requirements necessary. You do not need to live in Calumet Co.to be eligible to pick up diapers.


In Case of Inclement Weather:

If the Brillion School District is closed, the diaper drop at the community center will be cancelled and we will provide two packs of diapers at the next monthly drop date.

Additional Community Resources

The Building for Kids and Bridges are seeking advice from childcare professionals and families who have children in childcare or recently had children in childcare. They are surveying both groups to gain understanding and perspective from those closest to the childcare system to address the root causes of challenges in the regulated childcare system through the development of a play-first care mode.

 


Fox Valley Literacy Council is looking for volunteers to assist with child care while their parents are learning various literacy skills. Mondays-Thursdays, from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. and from 4 p.m.-7 p.m.
