TuffCut® Micro 4MV Series End Mills

These end mills have a variable geometry 4-flute design and ALtima® Xtreme coating to deliver exceptional milling performance on demanding medical and aerospace materials like stainless steel, titanium, and high-temperature alloys.

Available in diameters from 1/32” to 1/8”, the series includes the 3xD flute length (4MVR) and 5xD flute length (4MVL), along with square end or precision corner radius options for enhanced versatility.

Built with ultrafine carbide and a thick core design, the 4MV series ensures extended tool life and superior strength in deep axial slotting and profiling.
