BCBSMN News
Yes, BCBSMN did discontinue the Fitness Discount Program as of 12/31/19, however you will have through June 2020 to do any resubmitting for any BCBSMN members for their 2019 workouts.  Please take the time to go through your Reimbursement History Reports and resubmit for any BCBSMN members that are in question.  Also, please note that NIHCA will be "Expiring" all your BCBSMN members summer of 2020.  You do not need to cancel or expire any of your BCBSMN members as NIHCA will do that for you.
  16 Reimbursement Programs!

Did you know that NIHCA works with 16 Reimbursement programs - 12 of which are exclusive with NIHCA.  NIHCA just recently added 5 new employer or insurance partners to the list!  
Please print out this document, that details each program, how many times those folks need to work out and what the sample cards might look like.  NIHCA recommends you share this at your next staff meeting and put it in your front desk area for your staff.

NIHCArewards Reminder
IF you go to your Workouts Tab and you see the month you want to enter workouts for and it already says "Submitted" - but you haven't submitted, do not be worried.  You may enter workouts as you normally do (up until midnight on the 8th of each month), however just make sure you hit SAVE a few times while submitting.  For example, if you are a large facility and submitting takes a while, we suggest saving every 20 members or so.  Please be reminded that the system does time out, so it's always important to save as you go.  The S AVE button will ensure your workouts are sent through successfully.
