Valentine's Day Humor
This year I got my wife a Valentine's Day present that will really take her breath away: A treadmill.
*****
My wife called me at work on Valentine's Day.
She said, "Three of the girls in the office have just received bunches of flowers. They're absolutely gorgeous."
I said, "That's probably why they've been sent flowers then."
*****
My girlfriend told me she hoped I had something special planned for Valentine's Day.
I said, "I'm working on it," and she smiled.
Which was weird...I thought she'd be upset that I'm having to work on Valentine's Day.

We're Delighted to Hear from Families About Our Exceptional Care!
A Satisfied Client's Review:
"Nicole treats our mother like she is family. She is very loving and caring. When Nicole found that our mother loved Elvis, she downloaded songs on her phone so that they could share the music together. One of their other favorite things is to watch babies laughing, also on Nicole's phone. We are four daughters who provide care for our mother and we are happy Nicole is part of our team. Nicole is the face of your organization. She truly is an angel."

Angels Who Soar: Celebrating Our Hardworking Employees
We are so proud of our wonderful, hard-working employees who go beyond the call of duty. Below is why our Angels are so special...
Nicole G. has been a dedicated Angel since 2016. She currently works with 3 clients, all with whom she happily shares her professional affection and attention. She takes the time to learn our clients' likes and preferences, then incorporates those details into her interaction with the clients. She's hard-working and is always ready to pick up additional assignments when offered.
Claudette H. joined our Visiting Angels team in 2017. She has a compassionate, caring nature which is an important part of being a successful caregiver. When a client's husband was recently hospitalized, for example, she provided not only physical support to our client, but was also a comforting emotional support during a difficult time. She is consistently eager to go the extra mile with clients.
We are grateful for you and thank you for your hard work, Nicole and Claudette!

What's Happening at Visiting Angels
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Each month, Rudy Tervooren (Co-Owner and Executive Director) and Sharon Mejias (
Assistant Director, Sales & Marketing) travel throughout the community visiting referral sources and attending client meetings.
Rudy frequently gives presentations at senior centers, churches, and in offices throughout Mercer and Burlington counties in New Jersey.
We're passionate to share how our State-certified home care employees can help seniors with all their daily living needs, making it possible for them to continue living at home safely and less expensively than in a facility.
If you would like to schedule an eldercare presentation, please call 609-883-8188 or email

About Our Care
Visiting Angels
is a New Jersey-licensed, non-medical home care company committed to going beyond the "industry standard" to provide an exceptional level of security, comfort and peace of mind to our clients and their families. Our "Angels", all
certified home health professionals
, are ready to provide assistance with the activities of daily living to seniors, the disabled, those recovering from surgery, and to those who are simply frail. Our
services
include tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and shopping, to more personal tasks such as hygiene assistance, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Visiting Angels
' in-home care helps make it possible for seniors and other adults to continue living at home safely. We understand how challenging the home care selection process can be. We're experienced in working with families, with loved ones resistant to receiving care, and with third-parties payors (such as insurance companies and the US Dept. of Veterans Affairs).
Visiting Angels' services
help families spend more mutually-rewarding and meaningful time with their loved ones and also helps provide comfort and peace of mind to those who face the challenges of long-distance caregiving.
