Expanding our Mission

On Friday, January 30th, The Alpha Group celebrated BINABLE's successful move to a larger location. We kicked off the morning with a ribbon-cutting with the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce.

The move has allowed us to expand our mission-driven retail concept, creating more employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities while offering the community amazing deals on overstocked and returned items from favorite stores.

ALPHA UPDATES

We’re celebrating our Director of Operations, Keith McArdle, as he heads into retirement. Stop by The Alpha Group on Friday, February 6, 2026 between 2:00pm - 3:00pm for cake and well wishes! 1000 Alpha Drive, Delaware, OH 43015.

Keith, thank you for many years of leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the developmental disability community.

Your contributions have made a lasting difference, and we are so grateful for all you’ve given. Wishing you nothing but the best in this well-earned next chapter!

We tried to fore-get about the cold by making a trip to Topgolf Columbus! Our Dublin Integrated Adult Day program had the best time practicing their swing and spending a day with friends.

Zoom Duck Derby

Saturday, June 20, 2026

8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Stay the rest of the day at Zoombezi Bay & the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium with your derby admission ticket!

About the Event: This annual, family-friendly event races 7,000 rubber ducks down the lazy river at Zoombezi Bay! This year, funds raised from the duck derby will help expand opportunities for skill-building within our workforce development programs and help provide critical supplies for our mission-driven retail store, BINABLE.

Rubber ducks are $5 each, and the first three ducks to cross the finish line win up to $1,500! Duck sales start on April 1.

There is plenty to do while we wait for duck sales to open!

Become a sponsor! We have many ways to get involved and each sponsorship level comes with tickets to the event. Sponsorships start at $100. Click here view the sponsorship packet.
Promote the event by hosting our 5-foot inflatable duck. Waddles can be placed inside your lobby or outside your front door. The Waddles Tour starts on April 1 - contact us to get on our schedule!
Promote the event by becoming a Duck Adoption Site. We will supply you with adoption forms, flyers and paper ducks for donors to write on and display.
