The winter months are often the most productive part of the school year. Our classroom routines and instructional momentum are well-established, and the rhythm of our teaching-learning cycle is humming along. This is a good time of year to dig deeper into our instructional practices, either by adding new elements that will extend our students’ learning experiences, or by trimming those components that aren’t proving as fruitful as we'd hoped.
To help you dig a little deeper into your instruction and set your expectations for students’ learning a little higher, read this month's blog post about shifting from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.
Then watch RBT Founder Jon Saphier and Jackie Wilson as they discuss school leadership and the importance of teaching with compassion, curiosity, courage, and hope.
Finally, as we look ahead to this summer, be sure to check out our Summer 2024 Open Enrollment courses.
