“They’ve allowed me a lot of freedom to be creative.”

Executive Chef Connor Murdoch loves his family – and the Brewers, golf, and beach vacations, when he can find the time. 


His true passion is great food. Connor’s Founder’s Room favorite is a French dip, and he’s a fan of the Skyline Catering made-to-order omelet station. But he is also not afraid to innovate – which comes to life in our menus, weekly and monthly specials, fish fries, themed dinners, and more.

We served more than 135 guests at our first 2026 Bucyrus Club fish fry last Friday – and tables are going fast for this week. Make your reservations now!

  • Appetizer: Fried calamari tossed in garlic butter, served with a lemon wedge and cocktail sauce
  • Two entrees: Brown butter flounder with lemon caper cream sauce, served with roasted red potatoes and sauteed green beans AND pan-seared Scottish salmon with dijon cream sauce, served with mushroom risotto and sauteed spinach
  • House-made ice cream: Chocolate Lovers Dream. Chocolate ice cream with chunks of Nestle Crunch Bars mixed in, topped with chocolate sauce and Coco Puffs cereal
