February’s Breakfast Club Networking on Thursday the 2nd was once again a terrific gathering of Chamber members. This networking opportunity has demonstrated its benefits time and time again and its continued strong growth is showing no signs of slowing down. If you’re one of the many members participating – thank you! If you’re one of the few missing out- take a few minutes on the first Thursday of the month and stop by Brothers and see what you have been missing. You will be glad you did.

We are very pleased and excited to announce that our very successful and popular spring event “The Blossoms at the Beebe” which the Chamber promotes and supports along with our friends at the Beebe Public Library is returning after a 3-year hiatus! This GALA styled event is slated for Saturday, April 29 from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. At this year’s gala, we will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the library’s opening and will feature a Centennial Jubilee theme with a flower show, special musical entertainment, dancing on both levels of the library, gourmet hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction and a cash bar. The special VIP guest for the evening will be WCVB morning news anchor Doug Meehan. Sponsorship levels are available – contact the Chamber office for more information.
We are very much looking forward to our Annual Legislators Breakfast at the Four Points Sheraton on Wednesday, February 15 at 8:00 am. This annual event is an opportunity to sit down and listen to your state Senators and Representatives in a very informal and interactive manner. This year to expand this round table discussion, we have joined with two other local Chambers of Commerce (Stoneham & Reading/N. Reading) to bring you to an unmatched opportunity to speak with an array of eight (8) state legislators, comprised of state senators as well state representatives. If you are interested in what the top priorities are at the state house this year or how our legislators plan on working with a new Governor- this is your chance to ask! Don’t miss this unique opportunity to be there and ask the questions that you want answered. If you haven’t already register here .
