Every Visit Counts! – TWO TIERS
TIER 1: Number of visits
The Therapy Place is implementing a new attendance incentive program, (retroactively) starting Jan 1. Once your child has attended 10 therapy visits (doesn’t matter if they are ½ hour or 1 hour, all disciplines combined), he/she will get his/her name on the bulletin board for the first time in the TEN VISITS section.
There will also be sections for 25, 50, 75 and 100. He/she gets to move their name up the board as he/she completes more visits.
Each quarter, all names on the board go into a drawing for a prize based on their level. (April 1, July 1, October 1, and January 1, 2020)
The greater the number of visits, the bigger the prize.
For instance, on April 1, we take all the names for each category and draw a name from the 10 visits category and the prize may be a frosty at Wendy’s, the 25 visits category prize may be $5-10 Walmart gift card, the 50 visits category prize may be $15-20 gift card, and on up!
Attendance at a TTP function outside of therapy (such as family fun day, support group, etc) counts as 1 visit to be added to your total for that quarter.
**Bridges children are excluded from the Tier 1 contest with the following exception: Visits attended OUTSIDE of the normal Bridges day (i.e., therapies attended when Bridges is closed for holiday, teacher work day, etc) count toward Tier 1 as do TTP functions such as family fun day.
TIER 2: Perfect Attendance/100%
When a therapist completes your child’s quarterly care plan, they will tally the visits attended (of those available to you) in that quarter. If your child has perfect (100%) attendance, your child will receive a certificate, name on board, and recognition on TTP social media pages (if you choose).
We will not count therapist absences or TTP closures against you in this challenge.
The quarters will be individual to each child and that specific therapy. They will not coincide with the quarters in Tier 1 but with your child’s care plan.
THANKS! We hope you and your child have fun with this optional program!
