As you continue to bring your child to practice each day, how often do you talk with them about WHY they play?
At EFC, we pride ourselves on helping our players explore this exact question.
Asking our players to articulate and describe WHY they are committing to playing soccer three or more days each week is an important question to consider.
If you haven't had the opportunity to have this conversation with your child, there is no better time than now to ask your child the following:
"Why do you want to play soccer?"
When players begin to think about this question it leads them to working harder, playing for the love of the game, watching more soccer, and learning more from every opportunity they can. When our players know WHY they play, WHY they practice, and WHY they put on the Eastern FC jersey it leads to more success in the sport.
That's a fact.
Take some time to help your child consider their WHY in the coming weeks ahead.
