Thank you to The Healthy Org for planning a fun and educational field trip to Farmer Mikes U-Pick for our Poinciana students!
This was a very special trip. For many of these little ones, this was their very first time riding a school bus and, for most, their first time visiting a farm. Watching their excitement and curiosity unfold was unforgettable. They picked their own strawberries, took a hayride on a tractor and enjoyed a picnic lunch. We're so grateful to our partners who provide amazing experiences for our students!

From elegant details to seamless execution, this event was a true reflection of their dedication, teamwork, and vision.
The Blue Sapphire Gala wasn’t just beautiful, it was meaningful. Marking 65 years of learning, growth, and community made the evening especially memorable. Every element came together to create an unforgettable experience, and that doesn’t happen without countless hours of planning, coordination, and heart.
We would also like to extend a very special thank you to Sophia Davisson, our Events Coordinator, whose leadership, organization, and creativity helped bring every detail to life. Sophia’s dedication and steady guidance were instrumental in making the evening such a tremendous success.
In addition, we are proud to recognize Cester Williams, our Honorary Chair, who has been a devoted teacher with the Academy for 40 years. Cester’s decades of commitment, passion for education, and lasting impact on generations of students truly embody the spirit and legacy we celebrated that evening.

This February, our classroom was buzzing with excitement as the children explored seasons, weather, and friendship!
We discovered the four seasons—winter, spring, summer, and fall—and noticed how the weather changed with each one. Children explored sunny skies, rainy puddles, windy days, snowy fun, and cloudy adventures. They used their senses and simple weather tools like thermometers, rain gauges, and wind socks to become little weather detectives!
At the same time, we celebrated friendship and kindness. Children practiced sharing, helping, and caring for their friends, learning fun ways to be a great friend every day. Through stories, games, and activities, we built a classroom full of kindness and smiles!
It was a February full of learning, laughter, and friendship!
