Effective February 1, 2024, Amelia Walk HOA has a new Property Management company Plaza Property Services (PPS). The Amelia Walk Homeowners Association is responsible for the enforcement of the covenants and deed restrictions, as governed by the adopted by-laws. The CDD shared our current email addresses on file to get them started with electronic communication with the district's residents. The first communication was sent out as a Welcome Introduction letter on Saturday January 27, 2024. If you did not receive it, as some did not, you should contract PPS directly.

There is also an Amenity Center HOA letter drop lock box if you do not wish to send via US mail. The box is checked during monthly property visits.
The Amelia Walk Amenity Center has two new info boxes next to the bulletin board. One is for HOA FAQ information and the other for the CDD FAQ.
