We are delighted to share the successful collaboration between RiseBoro Community Partnership Inc. and Slate Property Group in transforming the JFK Hilton Hotel into 318 permanent affordable housing units, marking the first project funded by New York State's Housing Our Neighbors with Dignity Act (HONDA) program.
