FEATURED PROJECTS

We are pleased to share some of our latest projects in our ongoing mission to enhance affordable housing.

Baisley Pond Park Residences

We are delighted to share the successful collaboration between RiseBoro Community Partnership Inc. and Slate Property Group in transforming the JFK Hilton Hotel into 318 permanent affordable housing units, marking the first project funded by New York State's Housing Our Neighbors with Dignity Act (HONDA) program. This innovative initiative addresses the critical need for housing in Queens, providing stability and support services for low-income and formerly homeless individuals. Goldstein Hall played a pivotal role in this endeavor, providing comprehensive legal services, navigating complex financing arrangements, and ensuring the project's success through meticulous attention to detail.

Through the dedication and expertise of Goldstein Hall's attorneys, this transformative project sets a new standard for affordable housing development, offering inclusive and accessible housing solutions while reshaping underutilized spaces into thriving communities.

Congratulations to RiseBoro Community Partnership Inc., Slate Property Group, and all involved in this groundbreaking effort to provide sustainable housing solutions for vulnerable populations in Queens.
