Happy February! Here's to a fun month ahead with our Valentine's classroom celebrations, a long weekend and maybe (if the kids are lucky) some snow days :)

❤️ Valentine’s Day Exchange

Thursday, February 12 ❤️

Our Valentine’s Day Exchange will take place on Thursday, February 12, the last day of school before the four-day weekend. These classroom exchanges are intentionally low-key and focused on simple fun with classmates.

Here are a few helpful reminders:

• Students should bring a bag or box to collect Valentines, along with a Valentine for each student in their class. (Candy may be included, but please be mindful of students with food allergies.)
• The focus of the day is giving students time to exchange and open their Valentines. We do not need parent volunteers, room decorations, or organized games.
• Teachers will schedule exchange time based on their classroom schedule.
• Teachers and/or room parents may choose to coordinate light refreshments (such as juice or small snacks). Please refer to our Shared Food Policy.
• Teachers will communicate directly with families regarding what to send in and will provide a class list.
